By using this website or booking an appointment with Slim Body & Face Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings

Appointments booked through the site are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Online payments

We offer online payment via Mercado Pago for some treatments. Once your payment is completed, your appointment is confirmed automatically, with no need for manual review by our team. If you'd rather not pay online, you can reserve your appointment with a 10% deposit of the total; the remaining balance is paid on the day of your treatment at the clinic. Deposits are non-refundable. If you share your email or WhatsApp number with us, we use it to send you a reminder before your appointment and, only with your express consent, information and promotions — you can unsubscribe from promotions at any time by contacting us.

3. Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.

4. Nature of treatments

Aesthetic treatment results vary from person to person. Information on this site is informational and does not replace an in-person consultation with our team.

• We do not guarantee specific results for any treatment.
• Some treatments require a prior consultation to confirm candidacy.
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your appointment.

5. Before/after photos

We only use photos of your treatment for clinical follow-up or promotional purposes if you gave express authorization. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Use of this site

Site content (text, images, design, prices) is the property of Slim Body & Face Aesthetics and may be updated without prior notice. Prices shown are subject to change and are confirmed at your appointment.

7. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.
